We completely understand that trying to choose a band for your wedding (or your special event) can seem an almost impossible task. Trawling through hundreds of websites, agency listings, attending wedding fairs and even going along to local gigs hoping to spot someone you like - it’s a tiresome and time consuming task - time that you often don’t have when planning everything else for your big day. For that reason we have done everything we can to make the whole process as simple and hassle-free as it possibly can be. We can take care of your whole day of entertainment from your ceremony right up until home time. We pride ourselves on the effort that we put into every aspect of our work and we hope this comes across through our website and communication with you!

OUR WEDDING OPTIONS
DAY MUSIC:
CEREMONY MUSIC
Start off your day with either our solo or duo ceremony set. We’ll play a mixture of our laid back covers whilst your guests take their seats, we’ll then play your entrance song, signing of the register and walk out music. These can be any songs of your choice and don’t have to be from our song list as we’ll learn these from scratch! Our solo option is Jordan on vocals and guitar and our duo option would be Jordan joined by our pianist.
DRINKS RECEPTION MUSIC
Eventually - time to relax! And what better way to start off your evening of entertainment than with an hour or two of music from Jordan or the duo. The selection of stripped back covers is the ideal way to keep your guests entertained whilst you both head off with your photographer to have your photos taken.

THE TURN AROUND SET *Please note - This option can only be booked 3 months prior to your wedding date & is not available alongside ‘Evening Music’*
The meal is finished and the speeches are out of the way (phew!) your guests roll out of the dining room full and starting to flag… and then what? A 2/3 hour wait for the evening party to get going?! Uh oh. We often turn up to venues and half of the guests are away for a lie down at this point… boooo! As the room is being changed round from the dinner set up to the evening entertainment, there is a real lull in proceedings for your guests. Our turnaround sets provide up to 2 hours of entertainment, keeping you and your guests engaged (and awake!) and perfectly fills the time waiting for the room and band/dj to be ready for your first dance. It also means that your evening guests arrive to a fabulous atmosphere which helps set the tone for the rest of the night!
EVENING MUSIC:
JORDAN MURRAY & THE PLUCKERS
Want a banging party? Book Jordan and The Pluckers to bring the perfect atmosphere to your wedding! Fronted by Jordan Murray on vocals and guitar, our high-energy 4 piece band delivers a full, lively sound with electric guitar, bass and drums all layered with our signature piano tracks to keep things fresh and unique. From sing-along classics to dance floor anthems, we’re all about big tunes, good vibes and unforgettable nights! Whether you’re planning a wild reception or a fun-filled evening with friends and family, Jordan and The Pluckers know how to get the party started and keep it going!
THE EVENING SET
Our evening set covers 4 hours of music from the band including a buffet break and a shorter interval later in the night. Full sound and lighting for the band and dancefloor are completely taken care of and included in the price and we also offer to learn your first dance song.
THE BEST OF BOTH
Our best of both option is perfect for those who can’t decide between a live band and a DJ for their big day. The band will perform from 8 - 11pm and then we will provide our Virtual DJ service from 11pm - midnight. Our Virtual DJ is a seamless transition from band to DJ. As soon as we play our final chord the music will then be cranked up to keep the party going for the last hour without anyone even noticing - no awkward breaks involved! Our state of the art sound system will play out your favourite songs as our lighting set up illuminates the room and dance floor, giving you the full DJ experience minus Disco Dave's cheesy call outs! You are welcome to supply us with your own playlist or just leave it up to us! We can ask your guests for their requests on the night ensuring everyone gets to hear their favourite party tunes.
CEILIDH
With either of our evening options, we can provide ceilidh with calling and demonstration. We can either play this as a set of 4 to 5 dances at the start of the night (after the first dance) or we can dot these in throughout our first set

THE WEEKENDers:
THE NIGHT BEFORE SET
If you’re staying at your venue for the full weekend, the night before is such a special time to chill out with your nearest and dearest, share a couple of drinks and relax before the big day! Adding some live music to your evening sets the perfect atmosphere and means that you make the most of every minute of the weekend! Our solo and duo line ups are available for this and we can keep things nice and laid back if that’s what you’re after or ramp it up a bit if you fancy getting the party started early!
DAY 2 MUSIC
If you’re lucky enough to have the use of your venue for the day after your wedding, you might be planning to enjoy some nice food (maybe a BBQ if the weather is good!) some games and a general debrief from the day before with your family and friends before everyone heads off home after an incredible weekend. These are some of our favourite days to perform at - everyone is in the love bubble, happy, chilled and almost always up for a sing along with us! Our solo or duo option can be booked for the day 2 music - the ideal way to create a classy and memorable end to your big celebrations!
